Job descriptionFluent in Hindi and English Excellent telephone etiquette and confident communication with key accounts Well-organised, methodical, and committed to strong work ethics 1–2 years of experience in industrial product sales or customer-facing roles preferred Location : On-site, Dabagardens area, Visakhapatnam Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM Saturday, 10 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM Approx. ₹3.5 LPA in-hand salary Health insurance provided No PF deduction

PSC Hand Safety India Private Limited is the manufacturing arm of the PSC Group, dedicated to designing and producing innovative hand safety tools for high-risk industries. From oil and gas to heavy engineering, our solutions are trusted by safety-conscious teams around the world.
We’re looking for a Product Specialist to join our Visakhapatnam office and play a key role in supporting our product development and customer engagement initiatives.
Role Responsibilities :
As a Product Specialist, you will :
- Coordinate new product development from concept to launch
- Organise and present product webinars to clients and partners
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and build the sales funnel
- Plan and track inventory and dispatches in coordination with our logistics team
