The Integration Technical Lead is responsible for defining and communicating a shared technical and architectural vision for a team to help ensure the successful delivery of integration projects for Sodexo.
She / He will also lead the design and the build of reusable shared integration patterns, and actively drive and influence the adoption of a common data-centric integration strategy across all geographic regions that Sodexo operates in.
He / she is proficient in the latest cloud-based integration Technology, Protocols, Tools, Architecture and Engineering practices.
Responsibilities :
- Developing and executing a comprehensive integration technical strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- Leading and mentoring a team of developers in creating and maintaining integration solutions and transforming them into reusable patterns that can be implemented worldwide.
- Ensuring high standards and adherence to industry and Sodexo best practices within the team.
- Collaborating with other Global and Regional Technical Leads from Sodexo Data Hub (especially from Architecture, API Hub, Data & Analytics Hub) and Project delivery teams to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain integration solutions.
- Assisting in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, and estimates.
- Preparing design templates, manuals and other documentation that will help deliver high quality integration solutions.
- Participating in Project Readiness Reviews to assess if solutions are complying to Sodexo standards and strategies.
- Promoting and managing the deployment of releases through CI\ CD principles.
- Designing, refining, and tuning integrations both reactively and proactively by assessing alternative integration services.
- Analyzing and resolving technical problems related to integrations or platform components supporting integration solutions .
- Defining and adhering to high-quality development principles to enable development teams to deliver integration solutions on time and on budget.
- Providing third-level support to the integration Factory team .
- Lead the design and development of highly scalable, robust and secure integration solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the quality of integration solutions through design reviews, code reviews, and the creation of test plans and test cases.
- Manage documentation to ensure it is comprehensive, conforms to Sodexo policies, is up-to-date and accessible to internal teams and partners.
- Monitor Integration Platform usage and performance, and troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
Required Skills :
10 - 15 years years experience in Design, Governance, Security, Management, and Monitoring / Observability roles,Strong experience in architecting and administrating integration solutions using Azure cloud resources, Azure iPaaS like Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hub, Azure Fabric, Azure Data Factory, APIM as well as Databricks and optionally Informatica cloud services.Strong Experience in implementing integration solutions for ERP, CRM, web and mobile solutionsExperience in event-driven architectures & event streaming technologiesExperience in TDD and test automationProven experience working under SAFe or another scaled agile frameworks in large programsExperience working with remote geographically distributed teams preferred.Strong planning and analytical skills.In-depth understanding of Azure Dev Ops and CI / CD.Soft skills : Autonomous, analytical skills, rigorous, methodical, persuasive, dynamic, leadership skills, work under pressure, results-oriented.Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage, motivate & engage teams and interact with people at all levels of the organizationExcellent communication skills on both written & oral English
