Cloud Platform Integration Expert

Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic SuccessFactors Platform and Integration Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing and optimizing the SuccessFactors platform and its integrations with other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SuccessFactors modules, Identity Authentication Service (IAS), Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services including Integration Suite, Extension Suite, and SAP Build related technologies.

Strong problem-solving abilities, quick learning, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and manage integrations for the SuccessFactors platform.
• Automate access provisioning by integrating with internal Identity and Access Management systems.
• Manage user authentication and provisioning using IAS and IPS.
• Design, implement, and manage integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications using SAP CPI and other tools.
• Ensure data integrity and security during system integrations.
• Create, configure, and test data transfer integrations between SuccessFactors and external systems.
• Provide timely support for platform and integration issues to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues or escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Business teams to resolve platform challenges.
