Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients to showcase services and performance metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.Excellent problem-solving abilities to address client issues and provide effective solutions.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Education
