Swastik Plasticizer, founded by Shri Ramesh Nenwani, began its journey in Bhopal in 1992. With two plants located in Indore and Pithampur, it has grown to become the largest manufacturer of chlorinated paraffin in Central India, producing 48000 MT annually. The company is now led by Mr. Jitesh Nenwani and Mrs. Diaa Nenwani, with a goal to achieve 120000 MT annually by April 2027,Swastik Plasticizer specializes in manufacturing chlorinated paraffin plasticizer and imports PVC resin and petrochemicals used in various applications.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bharuch or nearby in Gujarat,for the position of Plant Head,its a greenfield project,Person should be involved from day 1. The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, including production planning, quality control, and budgeting. The role includes ensuring efficient production management, maintaining safety standards, and meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Plant Operations and Production Management
• Experience in Production Planning and Quality Control,in plasticizer or chlor alkali based products.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight for production activities
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing plant management role
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and compliance
