Main Purpose of the Role :
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing business development opportunities across domestic and international markets.
The role focuses on driving business growth, achieving financial and marketing objectives, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, coordinate, and mentor the business development team to achieve sales and market expansion goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage key business development projects and ensure the successful closure of strategic deals.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of business proposals, reports, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide insights and recommendations for market penetration and revenue enhancement.
- Ensure effective communication, planning, and execution within the team to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications & MBA (Marketing, Business Development, or related field preferred)
