About the role
At Beyond Blue, we are looking for an experienced People & Culture Operations Adviser with strong HR operations experience and a detail-focused proactive approach. This role is essential in keeping our core people processes running smoothly and ensuring employees receive accurate, timely and practical guidance.
You’ll manage contracts, onboarding, HR data, mandatory learning workflows and our shared inbox. You’ll join a close-knit, collaborative P&C team, working closely with the P&C Business Partners and the P&C Operations and Insights Manager. This exposure will give you valuable insight into both operational and strategic HR, supporting your ongoing career growth.
By delivering high-quality HR support and demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and care in every interaction, you will play a key role in enhancing the reputation and visibility of the People & Culture team across Beyond Blue.
Our team values clarity, care and delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone confident with HR tasks, comfortable navigating multiple P&C systems and able to work independently.
