Role Overview

We’re looking for an Account Manager who can bridge the gap between clients and our delivery teams. You’ll oversee multiple accounts, ensure high-quality execution across web, creative, and PPC projects, and drive client satisfaction through proactive strategy and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across web, creative, and performance campaigns.
• Translate client goals into actionable project briefs for internal teams (designers, developers, media specialists).
• Oversee project delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with project managers and creative leads to maintain smooth cross-functional delivery.
• Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities and support revenue growth within existing accounts.
• Maintain deep understanding of digital trends — including web UX, brand storytelling, and paid media metrics.
