Role overview & Key responsibilities :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Billing Team Lead to join our finance team. This leader will manage and mentor a team of billing professionals, overseeing the end-to-end billing cycle to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely revenue collection. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a proven ability to lead and develop a team.

Team Leadership & Management :

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of billing professionals.
• Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Provide ongoing training to enhance team skills and knowledge.
