About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Video Editor & Cinematographer with strong storytelling abilities and hands-on expertise in both editing and filming. The ideal candidate will be experienced in crafting engaging content for YouTube & Instagram, with a passion for travel, adventure, and creating cinematic visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Edit high-quality, engaging videos tailored for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other digital platforms.
Work on storytelling-driven edits : promos, vlogs, reels, cinematic shorts, documentaries, and branded content.
Handle multi-camera editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics (basic).
Film content during trips using :
– High-end Cameras (DSLRs / Mirrorless / Cinema Cameras)
– Action Cameras (GoPro, Insta360, etc.)
– Drones (aerial filming, travel / adventure-focused)
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize content ideas.
Ensure video outputs align with brand guidelines and platform trends.
Manage media files, project organization, and maintain workflow efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of proven experience as a Video Editor & Cinematographer (portfolio / reel required).

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.

Hands-on experience with filming equipment – drones, action cameras, gimbals, high-end cameras.

Solid understanding of social media content trends, especially YouTube & Instagram.

Knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and cinematic editing styles.

Ability to travel frequently and shoot on-location.

Strong creative vision, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.

Good to Have

Experience in motion graphics / animation.

Knowledge of photography & photo editing.

Understanding of travel / adventure content aesthetics.
