About the Team :

Navi’s Engineering team builds the backbone of our financial products—spanning lending, payments, insurance, investments, and debt management. We operate as cross-functional teams that work closely with Product, Data, and Business functions to deliver reliable, high performance systems at scale. Our engineers focus on solving real-world challenges through scalable architecture, automation, and long-term thinking—ensuring every Navi product is built to serve millions efficiently and seamlessly.

What We Expect From You :

• Formulate and drive the overarching technical vision, strategic architecture, and forward-looking roadmap for sophisticated iOS applications.
• Provide technical stewardship and mentoring, fostering high-caliber software engineering practices and cultivating an environment of engineering excellence.
• Strategically liaise with Product Management, UX / UI Design teams, Backend Developers, and executive leadership to deliver groundbreaking and superior user experiences.
• Proactively identify, dissect, and resolve intricate performance bottlenecks, addressing scalability, stability, and reliability imperatives comprehensively.
• Pioneer advanced software components, establish best-in-class frameworks, and lead implementation of complex architectural paradigms.
• Champion impeccable code quality standards via meticulous peer reviews, rigorous automated testing practices, and sophisticated continuous integration / delivery methodologies.
• Articulate and document detailed architectural strategies, technical blueprints, and visionary roadmaps with exceptional clarity.
• Provide strategic oversight and substantial contributions to the evolution and enhancement of Navi’s holistic mobile and technological infrastructure.
• Define precise, measurable benchmarks and outcomes to evaluate technical progress and success metrics rigorously.
