Job descriptionArchitect and develop a robust, scalable Android / IOS application using Kotlin / Swift / Java. Integrate backend services / APIs, ensuring smooth performance and high concurrency handling. Establish engineering best practices, version control, CI / CD, and app monitoring. Collaborate closely with founders on product vision and business alignment. Build and mentor a strong tech team as the company grows. Strong experience in Android / IOS app development (Kotlin / Java, Android SDK). Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable backend integration. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and database design. Strong problem-solving and system design skills. Prior experience building consumer internet or social / community products (a big plus). Ability to take full ownership and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with hunger to build and scale. Startup exposure preferred. Founding team position with high ownership. Equity-only compensation (no fixed compensation at this stage). A chance to build and lead the technology backbone of a high-growth consumer startup. Work closely with founders from Amazon and ISB , bringing together deep execution and business expertise.

We are a founder-led startup backed by ex-Amazon and ISB professionals, building a next-generation consumer internet product that blends community, engagement, and scale. We are seeking a Technical Co-Founder with strong Android development expertise who can build our product from the ground up and later scale and lead the engineering team.
Role Overview
As the Technical Co-Founder, you will :
- Lead the end-to-end development of our Android / IOS application (MVP → scale).
- Set up the tech stack and architecture for scalability, security, and speed.
- Own maintenance, feature releases, and product stability.
- Recruit and lead the engineering team as we scale.
- Be a key decision-maker in shaping the technology roadmap.
