Responsibilities :

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open, honest, and proactive communication culture.
  • Set clear team goals that align with organizational objectives and communicate the "why" behind those goals effectively.
  • Discover training needs and provide tailored coaching and support to foster individual growth and continuous skill improvement.
  • Listen to team members feedback and proactively resolve any issues or conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

  • Encourage creativity and smart risk-taking to foster innovation in meeting team objectives.

Operational Oversight & Performance

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to best practices and policies.
  • Delegate tasks and set clear, achievable deadlines for team members, ensuring proper resource allocation.
  • Monitor team performance and report on key metrics (KPIs) to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage team schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation to maximize productivity.
  • Strategy & Reporting

  • Build comprehensive strategies to ensure enrollment / sales targets are met or exceeded, utilizing data and market insights.
  • Share projection and performance reports with senior management regularly, providing strategic insights and forecasting based on current team performance.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes and drive efficiency across the teams function.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of proven experience in a Team Leader, Team Manager, or Supervisory role,
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire large or small teams to achieve stretch goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set clear priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in monitoring team metrics, analyzing performance data, and creating insightful reports.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at conflict resolution and giving constructive feedback.
  • Proficiency with relevant software (e.g., CRM systems like Salesforce, performance tracking tools).
