Job Description :

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various roles within the jewellery manufacturing sector. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on recruitment role requiring a proactive approach, high-level sourcing skills, and the ability to manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting, sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Talent Sourcing : Leverage various channels (job portals, social media, headhunting, networking) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
• Stakeholder Management : Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and provide effective staffing solutions.
• Candidate Screening : Conduct initial screenings and interviews, ensuring candidates align with the company's values and culture.
• Recruitment Strategy : Continuously evaluate and implement innovative recruitment strategies to streamline processes and enhance candidate experience.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics, monitor hiring progress, and provide regular updates to management.
