Job Summary : The IT Executive / Senior IT Executive will support all IT assets and users in corporate office and assists / supports for all business locations. He / She will be responsible in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth functioning of all IT systems, and providing technical support to company operated outlets and internal clients. This role requires thorough understanding of standard IT infrastructure (Office and Outlet Setup), POS, CCTV, restaurant and banquet related software moderate knowledge, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities :
IT Operations Support :
- Assist in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, includingPCs, Laptops, networks, firewall, email and other end-user devices.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems.
Technical Support :
Provide technicalsupport to outletsand internal clients,troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Ensure timely resolution of IT-related problems.POS Systems Management :
Support the maintenance, and optimization of outlet-specific software systems such as point of sale (POS) system and othersProject Assistance :
Collaborate with the senior subordinates on IT projects,including system upgrades, new implementations, and technology initiatives.Assist with on ground availability when assigned by reporting partner.Vendor Coordination :
Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and support of IT services and products.Documentation :
Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT Assetsand systems.Team Support :
To processes attitude of learning and collaborating with partners in the team to extend support for internal and external clients.Qualifications and Skills :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with certifications and diplomas as supporting.Experience : Minimum of 3 - 5years of experience in IT supportor IT management, preferably within the F & B industry.Technical Skills : Proficiency in managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks,and end-user devices. Experience with hospitality-specific software systems (e.G., POS).
Problem-Solving : Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving IT issues.Communication : Good / Average verbal and writtencommunication skills. Abilityto effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Customer Service : Ability to provide qualitytechnical support to outlets and internal clientsTeamwork : Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Additional Information :
Work Environment : This role may require occasional travel to differentoutlets or locations within the organization (Mumbai Region) to provide on-site IT support.
