Prepare Mechanical component 2D Drawing & 3D Modeling, Create Bill of Material, Manage Documentation as per ISO 9004 : 2015, Good Technical Knowledge, Experience of Submersible Plumpset Industries having Good Advantage

Prepare Assembly & Part Drawing + 3D Model for New Product Development.

Create Bills of material (BOMs) and Maintain ISO Documents.

Modification in existing design based on manufacturing & sourcing team requirements.

Prepared Design & Drawing of New product development / reverse engineering activities of Submersible Pump set.

Cost comparison of product with other brands and MOC analysis

Develop and implement design standards and procedure.

Prepare and present technical reports and presentation

Managing & working on all ISO 9001 : 2015 related design documents.

Train Production / Assembly / Quality Assurance personnel as required on approved manufacturing, test and inspection procedures.

Resolve process & product related issues to support the manufacturing & sourcing team to complete dispatch order

Action on customer complaints to resolve in selected time.

Prepare internal and external written correspondence.

Auto Cad 2D & Solid works / Siemens NX ( Unigraphics)

Good Knowledge on MS Office

Minimum Qualification :

Diploma, CIPET or BE Mechanical Engineering
