This role is integral to the success of the India Talent Supply Chain organization , enabling the business to deliver on its growth and operational commitments. The Director will ensure seamless alignment between internal supply and external hiring, driving agility, efficiency, and readiness across the India talent ecosystem.

Role Overview

The Director – Talent Supply Chain will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end workforce fulfillment for India. The role combines responsibility for talent supply chain management and talent acquisition to ensure the business has the right skills, at the right time, and at the right cost. This position partners closely with delivery, HR, and COE teams to align workforce plans with business priorities, optimize internal talent deployment, and strengthen external hiring capabilities across technology and domain skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Demand & Supply Management

• Partner with business and delivery teams to forecast workforce demand across skill families and geographies.
• Develop and execute supply strategies balancing internal availability, reskilling, and external hiring.
• Leverage workforce analytics to enhance predictability, monitor supply-demand gaps, and enable proactive readiness.
