Insurance Operations & Client Service Executive

Short Job Description :

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented person to handle day-to-day insurance operations and speak to clients for queries, documentation and renewals. The role covers health, term, motor and other general insurance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Talk to clients on WhatsApp / phone to understand requirements and collect documents
• Prepare quotes and comparison options for health, term and motor insurance
• Fill proposal forms, complete online applications and track policy issuance
• Explain basic policy terms, exclusions and renewal requirements to clients
• Maintain and update policy data in Excel / CRM
• Track renewals, send reminders and follow up for timely renewal
• Coordinate with insurers / partners for pending requirements and simple claims support

Salary :

Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month, based on experience + performance-based incentives
