Lenskart is looking for motivated and detail-oriented HR Interns to join our Talent Acquisition team for a minimum 3-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations with one of India’s leading eyewear brands.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment process

Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers

Maintain hiring trackers and assist with documentation

Contribute to smooth onboarding and reporting activities

Qualifications

Recent graduates or students pursuing graduation / post-graduation

Interest in HR and Talent Acquisition

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
