Job Overview :

We are looking for professionals to be a part of the operations team of biwholesale.

Job Designation : Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Independently manage all the back-end operations - from order receiving to order fulfillment. This would involve coordination with the logistics team, vendors / sellers, etc.
• Keeping status updated for all transactions happening on the e-commerce portal, including billing, payment receipts, etc.
• Troubleshoot customer problems or any issues with third-party service providers and sellers.
• Process seller payments as per the agreed schedule.
• Coordinate with new sellers in other categories, negotiate prices, and get them onboard.
• Coordinate with the in-house content team for product write-ups on the portal.
• Coordinate with the technical team for any technical glitches.
• Report preparation / Data Preparation
• Other activities that may come up as the profile expands.

Job Requirements :

Location :

Remote work (from anywhere). This is a full-time, work-from-home position.

Salary :

The salary for this position is Rs. 20,000 per month.
