Job descriptionLead the end-to-end execution of new bathware display setups in company showrooms, dealer galleries, and exclusive outlets. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to ensure layout accuracy, space optimization, and aesthetic appeal. Manage redesign or renovation projects to keep displays updated with evolving product lines. Ensure correct product grouping, labelling, features / benefits communication, and brand identity elements across all touchpoints. Collaborate with the marketing team to install POS materials, brand signage, display stands, and digital screens. Support execution of thematic and seasonal display concepts to elevate customer engagement. Work closely with the regional sales team to understand market requirements and plan display expansions accordingly. Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of display samples and materials. Partner with the product and marketing teams to highlight new launches and create effective in-store storytelling. Identify, manage, and negotiate with display vendors, fabricators, and contractors to ensure quality and timely project execution. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and material utilization. Maintain a database of approved vendors and track their performance. Track display activation metrics such as coverage, quality, and dealer compliance. Provide monthly reports on display rollout progress, gaps, and improvements. Analyze the impact of display enhancements on product traction and consumer footfall. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or related field. 5–10 years of experience in visual merchandising, display management, or showroom setup—preferably in bathware, sanitaryware, tiles, or home improvement industries. Strong sense of design, aesthetics, and spatial planning. Excellent project management and vendor coordination skills. Good understanding of bathware product categories and showroom dynamics. Ability to manage multiple projects across large geographies. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD / SketchUp is an advantage.
Job Title : Regional Display Head – Kajaria Bathware
Position Overview
The Regional Display Head for Kajaria Bathware will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing product displays across showrooms, dealer outlets, and experience centers within the assigned region. The role focuses on enhancing visual merchandising standards, ensuring brand consistency, and creating impactful customer experiences that drive product visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Display Management & Execution
- Plan, implement, and maintain high-quality product displays across all regional showrooms and dealer points.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards align with Kajaria Bathware’s brand guidelines and customer experience strategy.
- Work closely with dealers to upgrade and redesign their displays to reflect new launches, best-sellers, and category priorities.
- Conduct regular audits of displays and ensure timely rectification of gaps.
