Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Event Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across the private and corporate event sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching Ballad Events’ services, nurturing client relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. This role demands strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the event industry, and a passion for closing deals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and manage business associations with clubs, restaurants, corporates & event planners
- Pitch artists and event services offered by Ballad.
- Schedule meetings and assist in closing deals
- Handle client coordination and event follow-ups
- Collaborate with creative and artist teams to deliver excellence
