Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development Manager at our Ankleshwar facility. The selected candidate will oversee R&D activities, develop and implement innovative chemical processes, manage multiple projects, lead and mentor the R&D team, and collaborate with clients on various development projects. The role also involves ensuring compliance with industry standards and contributing to the organization's product development and optimization strategies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) processes and advanced chemical methodologies.
• Minimum 10yrs experience in Pharma Intermediates / Fine Chemicals / Specialty Chemicals
• Strong skills in Research, particularly in API intermediates, fine chemicals, and specialty chemical production.
• Proven experience in Team Management and Team Leadership, with the ability to mentor and guide a skilled scientific team.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and timely delivery of objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Chemistry, is preferred..
