About the Role :
We are seeking a forward-looking Partnerships s Product Development Manager to strengthen DISEA’s ecosystem of 3rd party IPs, business partners, and new product development. This role requires a blend of business acumen, partnership management, and innovation mindset. The individual will be responsible for identifying and acquiring external IPs, streamlining partner operations, and leading innovation initiatives that expand DISEA’s solution portfolio across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead acquisition, evaluation, and onboarding of 3rd party IPs aligned with DISEA’s growth strategy
- Build and manage a structured business partner network, ensuring mutual value creation
- Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends and opportunities for new product development
- Collaborate with Business Manager to ensure seamless implementation of new IPs and solutions
- Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and licensing structures
- Manage relationships with global and regional partners, ensuring alignment and scalability
- Contribute to pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for new offerings
- Provide market intelligence and insights to support leadership decisions
Required Skills s Experience :
5–10 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business / Talent Management rolesStrong understanding of LCD, HR, or professional services industriesProven track record of acquiring and managing external partnerships / IPsStrategic thinker with ability to connect market insights to innovative solutionsExcellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skillsExperience in new product development and go-to-market executionComfortable working in dynamic, global, and fast-paced environmentsWhy Join DISEA?
