About the Role

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of marketing execution and inter-team coordination. The ideal candidate will act as the central link between creative, performance, SEO, and PR teams ensuring brand alignment, timely rollouts, and high-quality campaign delivery.

This role involves balancing strategic planning with operational excellence working closely with the Founder and Performance Manager to maintain digital hygiene, manage campaign timelines, and drive consistent communication across all marketing touchpoints.

Core Responsibilities

1. Marketing Calendar & Execution

• Maintain, update, and circulate the monthly marketing calendar (Instagram, Email, PR, etc.).
• Ensure on-time rollout of all campaigns, platform posts, and festive communications.
• Track deliverables and approvals across design, content, and performance teams.
