Job descriptionProven experience in AID engagement and project-based selling (tiles / building materials preferred). Strong network and databank of AIDs in Chandigarh and nearby regions. Effective in sales funnelling , project tracking, and relationship management. Excellent presentation and communication skills ; design sensitivity is an added advantage. Graduate (background in architecture, interior design, or marketing is a plus). 4-5 years of relevant experience in the tiles or building materials industry with a focus on architect / designer relationships.
Position Title : Assistant / Deputy Manager – AID (Architects & Interior Designers)
Location : Chandigarh / Ludhiana
Reporting To : State Head
Objective
To strengthen the company's connect with architects and interior designers in the Chandigarh region by promoting product specifications, driving approvals, and building a solid pipeline of project opportunities through strong relationships and an active AID database.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strong database of architects and interior designers to track projects and drive product specifications.
- Promote brand awareness and product knowledge among AIDs through regular interactions, presentations, and engagement activities.
- Secure product specifications in ongoing and upcoming projects through effective relationship-building.
- Collaborate with project sales teams to convert specifications into business.
- Stay informed about market trends, design preferences, and upcoming developments in the AID space.
