We are seeking an HR Executive / Associate to support daily HR operations and administrative activities. In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of HR processes, maintain compliance, and contribute to employee engagement.
Role Overview
As an HR Executive / Associate, you will manage documentation, HRIS updates, onboarding, payroll data, and employee engagement activities. You will act as the backbone of the HR function, supporting policy implementation and daily operational needs. Your role ensures that HR processes run efficiently, employees receive timely support, and compliance is maintained.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain physical and digital personnel records (contracts, letters, compliance documents).
Update internal databases with new hire, transfer, and exit information.
Support company policy documentation and compliance reporting.
HRMS & Reporting
Manage and update Keka HRMS (mandatory).
Generate HR-related reports and presentations (attendance, attrition, payroll inputs, etc.).
Assist with payroll and attendance data collation.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Support onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Assist in policy development, training material, and employee communication.
Respond to employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and grievances.
Recruitment & Coordination
Support in recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Liaise with vendors and external partners for HR / admin requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
2–4 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or employee support
Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of HR functions : documentation, onboarding, payroll support, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and HR reporting.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
