Job Summary
We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive who will act as the primary point of contact for our clients. The role involves managing client communications, collecting documents, tracking service progress, and ensuring customer satisfaction for services such as GST, Income Tax, Company Registration, Loans, and Insurance .
Key Responsibilities
Maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Update clients regularly about the status of their services, filings, or documentation .
Collect required documents and information from clients for processing work.
Record all client interactions, updates, and notes in CRM .
Coordinate with the Accounts, Legal, and Sales Teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Resolve client queries and escalate issues when required.
Follow up for renewals, pending payments, and feedback collection.
Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively in all interactions.
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce or Business preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Customer Service / CRM / Client Coordination .
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good command over MS Excel, Email, and WhatsApp Business tools .
Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar software will be an added advantage.
Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and client-first approach.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in Taxation, Accounting, or Business Consulting firms.
Understanding of basic GST, ITR, and Business Registration processes.
Ability to work with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills Education : Chartered Accountant (CA) – ICAI Member Experience : 1–5 years (preferably in taxation / audit firm or fin-tech consulting) Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC filings, and Accounting Standards Proficiency in Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Tally, MS Excel, and compliance portals Excellent communication & client relationship skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail and deadlines Core Competencies Financial auditing and reporting Tax compliance and advisory Risk management and forensic review Client relationship management Budgeting and business planning
