Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Direct Sales Executive to expand our customer base by building relationships with retailers, event managers, temples, hotels, and florists. The role requires field sales, lead generation, and customer account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential B2B customers (retail shops, event planners, hotels, decorators, mandir committees, etc.) in assigned areas.
- Pitch Flower Mandi’s product range, pricing, and delivery benefits.
- Generate leads, convert into sales, and achieve weekly / monthly targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders.
- Collect market insights on pricing, competitors, and demand trends.
- Ensure timely order collection and coordination with operations team.
- Maintain daily sales reports in Zoho (or CRM provided).
Requirements
1–3 years of field sales / direct sales experience (FMCG, agriculture, food supply, or similar). Freshers with high energy can also apply.Strong communication in Hindi (English is a plus).Good negotiation & persuasion skills.Must be comfortable with field visits and daily customer interaction.Basic smartphone knowledge (using WhatsApp, CRM app, maps).Compensation
