Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Ranchi. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and recruiting new staff. The individual will also be involved in training new employees and ensuring effective communication within the recruitment process. The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with different departments to meet hiring needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

• Experience in the engineering or consulting industry is a plus
