What You’ll Contribute

Manage the operations and stability of the environments in accordance with established procedures and best practices,

Help identify continuous process and procedural improvements.

Drive incidents to resolution during scheduled upgrade activities and tasks.

Assist management with assigned projects.

Assist in incident and investigation resolution.

What We’re Seeking

4+ years of experience.

Intermediate to advanced Linux OS experience.

Experience and knowledge of multi-layered distributed application systems, including relational databases, messaging services (i.e. Kafka), deployed on containerized services (Kubernetes) and cloud services (AWS)

Experience with real-time client solutions, including client business logic and requirements.

Knowledge of application deployment technologies (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, etc)

Working knowledge of networking systems and protocols, firewalls, and TCP / IP networks, standards, and architectures

Familiarity with ITIL standards and technologies.

Comfortable to work in shifts.

Scripting / programming experience with Python or UNIX Shell is a plus.
