About The Role

The Warehouse Management System (WMS) Solution Engineer role at Kimberly-Clark is a vital position dedicated to designing, implementing, and supporting advanced warehouse automation solutions. This role involves integrating multiple WMS platforms such as Blue Yonder and SAP EWM with various enterprise systems, including SAP ERP and integration platforms like WES and WCS providers. The primary focus is on optimizing complex business functions within the warehouse environment by leveraging deep technical expertise and innovative problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will lead medium to large projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure seamless deployment and support of warehouse management applications. Qualifications

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in IT, with direct engagement with business clients and technical teams.
  • Mandatory expertise in robotics integration within warehouse automation systems.
  • Proven experience in developing reusable interfaces and integration solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS and SAP S4 EWM solutions.
  • Experience with SAP ECC / S4 ERP integration is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual, multicultural teams across different time zones and geographical locations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in designing and deploying scalable, cost-effective technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver solutions for warehouse automation, including integrating multiple WMS solutions with enterprise systems and automation platforms.
  • Lead the analysis, design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of warehouse management applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, technical architects, and project managers to ensure successful deployment of Blue Yonder solutions and other automation tools.
  • Serve as the functional leader for medium to large projects, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Proactively analyze business processes to identify innovative applications of technology that address current and future operational needs.
  • Participate in establishing requirements with business stakeholders for process changes and technological improvements.
  • Integrate business, information, and technology architecture to create comprehensive solutions that enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Focus on delivering cost savings, supporting business growth, and strengthening partner and customer relationships through technological enhancements.
