Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to take ownership, work independently, and lead small recruitment teams when needed. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of recruiters, ensuring delivery pipelines are strong, deadlines are met.
- Provide guidance and prioritize requirements based on client urgency and business impact.
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end interview processes with candidates and client stakeholders.
- Act as a key liaison between recruitment teams, candidates, and clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring consistent delivery.
- Regularly engage with selected candidates to ensure retention and timely onboarding.
- Maintain and share reports on interview progress, onboarding status, and hiring metrics
