Release Management Specialist

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Release Management Specialist with a strong background in Oracle Cloud Fusion, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and Tosca automation testing. The candidate will play a critical role in managing releases, migrations, and quality assurance within the Oracle ERP ecosystem.

This role involves ensuring smooth release cycles, maintaining configuration integrity, supporting automation frameworks, and driving continuous improvement across Oracle Fusion environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee all phases of the Release and Change Management process for Oracle Fusion and EBS environments.
• Conduct detailed patch analysis, impact assessments, and regression planning for Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Lead Oracle Cloud implementation and migration activities, ensuring successful environment setup, code movement, and system validation.
• Design and maintain automation test frameworks using Tricentis Tosca for regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts to validate Fusion modules and custom enhancements.
• Coordinate with development, functional, and infrastructure teams to plan and execute releases with minimal disruption.
• Troubleshoot release issues, resolve deployment conflicts, and perform root cause analysis.
• Utilize SQL, PL / SQL, and Unix scripting to support release activities, perform validations, and analyze data.
• Manage code repositories and version control using GIT / GitHub.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices, change control, and quality standards throughout the release process.
