Client we are Hiring for :

They are building India’s largest fully integrated electric vehicle leasing and asset management platform, with an active asset base of over ₹300 Cr, focused on enabling clean, efficient, and sustainable transportation solutions for India’s commercial mobility ecosystem. Their B2B fleet leasing business spans across three-wheeler cargo , four-wheeler cargo and car

leasing for employee transportation, ride-hailing, and fleet operators , and we are now expanding into bus and truck leasing .

With deep partnerships across OEMs, fleet operators, and financiers, we are building a technology-led, data- driven platform that drives asset performance, lifecycle management, and circular value creation.

Their mission is to accelerate EV adoption at scale by combining capital efficiency, intelligent asset management, and ecosystem collaboration.

R ole Overview

The President – Business Development will own the P&L and growth charter for the company’s B2B leasing business across India. This leader will drive revenue growth, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and product diversifica : on — steering the business from a ₹300 Cr book to ₹2000 Cr AUM in the next 24 months . This is a pivotal leadership role suited for a proven business builder from the commercial vehicle or financing / leasing industry , who brings strong networks, operational rigor, and a track record of scaling businesses with institutional processes

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & P&L Ownership

  • Lead national business development for 4W cargo and car segment for employee transport, inter-city transportation, logistics segment
  • Own revenue, margins, and asset quality — driving disciplined growth and capital efficiency
  • Expand the company’s product por

Portfolio Performance, Collection & Risk Management

  • Manage Collection, NPAs, defaults, and redeployment of repossessed vehicles to maintain target portfolio yields
  • Build systems and processes for NPA control, recovery efficiency, and asset turnaround time
  • Collaborate closely with risk and asset management teams to ensure sustainable book quality and
  • controlled credit losses

  • Use data-led monitoring and predictive analytics for early delinquency identification and resolution
  • Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

  • Forge and manage deep partnerships with corporates , aggregators, large fleet operators, OEMs, dealers
  • Identify, structure, and negotiate new business opportunities and alliance models
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with OEMs and institutional partners
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Build and lead a high-performing national business development and account management team
  • Establish strong governance, process, and performance management frameworks
  • Mentor regional leaders, fostering accountability and execution excellence
  • Market Expansion & Strategy Execution

  • Evaluate new markets and customer segments for growth and diversification
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable annual and quarterly plans
  • Track business performance through data-led dashboards and MIS reviews
  • Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with promoters, risk, asset management, and opera>
  • Ons teams to ensure portfolio health

  • Represent the company with promoters, OEM leadership, and policy forums
  • Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 15+ years of experience in commercial vehicle financing, fleet leasing or CV logistics industry with at least 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record in scaling a business or portfolio beyond ₹1000 Cr+ in AUM
  • Strong industry relationships with OEMs and large fleet operators
  • Strategic thinker with deep understanding of leasing, asset financing economics, and risk management
  • MBA from a reputed business school (Tier 1 or 2)
  • High on ownership, analytical ability, and execution discipline
