We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager- to lead and grow our client relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction while driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management :
- Serve as the main liaison for clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
Business Development :
Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients.Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.Project Oversight :
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.Monitor project progress and resolve issues that may arise during execution.Market Insight & Reporting :
Stay updated on industry trends, client business developments, and competitor activities.Provide regular reports on account status, forecasts, and performance metrics.Background & Skills :
