Position - 1 Location - Nerul, Navi Mumbai

This is a media planning role where you will need to create media plans for Google, Meta and other ad platforms. 2-3 years of agency or client experience is preferred.

This role requires a meticulous person who can go above and beyond. You shall be helping our business to succeed through client relationships and campaign media planning strategy across platforms.

Skilled in analyzing consumer data, identifying target audiences, and selecting optimal media channels to maximize brand exposure and ROI. Proficient in managing campaign budgets, and utilizing analytics tools to track performance metrics. Strong collaborative abilities, working cross-functionally with creative teams, account managers, and clients to align media strategies with overall marketing objectives. Detailed Job Role - Media Planner

End-to-End Campaign Execution :

Manage and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and DV360, with a focus on driving results through YouTube, display, and social media platforms. Oversee the entire process, from strategy development to hands-on execution, ensuring campaigns align with business goals and KPIs.

Auction-Based Media Planning :

Develop and execute auction-based media strategies for YouTube, display ads (Google Display Network), and Meta platforms, ensuring efficient budget allocation, optimal bidding strategies, and maximum efficiencies.

Platform Optimization & Analysis :

Continuously optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and DV360 by analyzing performance data, adjusting targeting, bids, and creatives to drive better results. Conduct in-depth A / B testing, audience segmentation, and experimentation to refine performance strategies.

Data-Driven Insights & Reporting :

Regularly report on key metrics such as CPV, CPM, CPL, CPI, and other relevant KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Communicate performance insights and suggest improvements to internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and strategy alignment.

Budget Management & Forecasting :

Monitor and manage the overall budget for paid media campaigns, ensuring effective use of resources to maximize efficiencies. Forecast performance and allocate budgets based on historical data, seasonality, and strategic priorities.

TikTok Campaign Execution (Optional) :

For candidates with experience in TikTok ads, manage and execute TikTok performance marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with other platforms. Optimize TikTok campaigns based on platform-specific dynamics and audience engagement trends.
