Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT services sector. Proven track record of successfully managing full sales cycles and meeting revenue targets. Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and other lead generation platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Understanding of web / mobile development, AI / ML, blockchain, and digital transformation technologies is highly preferred. Willingness to work across multiple time zones and international markets
Description :
- Identify and qualify potential clients using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, technology needs, and project requirements.
- Present and pitch relevant IT services, including web development, mobile apps, AI / ML, blockchain, and digital transformation solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and functional requirement documents (FRDs).
- Conduct client calls, product demos, and negotiate terms to secure project approvals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update all activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Provide weekly reports on sales progress, challenges, and key metrics.
- Research and implement innovative lead generation and outreach strategies.
- Refine communication templates, LinkedIn messaging, and calling techniques to improve conversion rates.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and global market opportunities.
