Job description

Description :

  • Identify and qualify potential clients using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, technology needs, and project requirements.
  • Present and pitch relevant IT services, including web development, mobile apps, AI / ML, blockchain, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and functional requirement documents (FRDs).
  • Conduct client calls, product demos, and negotiate terms to secure project approvals.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update all activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales progress, challenges, and key metrics.
  • Research and implement innovative lead generation and outreach strategies.
  • Refine communication templates, LinkedIn messaging, and calling techniques to improve conversion rates.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and global market opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT services sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing full sales cycles and meeting revenue targets.
  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and other lead generation platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Understanding of web / mobile development, AI / ML, blockchain, and digital transformation technologies is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to work across multiple time zones and international markets
