Key Responsibilities
- Handlining prospecting leads generated by the Business Team and converting theminto potential client
- . Engage with clients to understand their IT service requirements and businesschallenges
- . Gather and analyse detailed client requirements related to IT infrastructure,software development, or managed services.
- Define clear project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and cost estimates aligned withclient expectations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare accurate time and cost estimations forproposed IT solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, SOWs, and other presales documentationtailored to IT service offerings.
- Support the sales team in converting leads by aligning solutions with client needsand business goals.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smoothtransitions from presales to project delivery
Required Skills & Competencies :
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.Proven experience in client handling and relationship management within the ITservices domain.Skilled in requirement gathering, business analysis, and translating needs intoproject scopes.Experience with cost and time estimations for IT projects, including softwaredevelopment and IT infrastructure services. Ability to create detailed and accurate proposals, presentations, anddocumentation. Understanding of IT services delivery models and software development lifecycle(SDLC).Proficiency in CRM tools.Preferred Qualifications :
