Hiring - Senior Executive HRIT (SAP SuccessFactors Support)
Function : HRIT / HR Technology Location : Mumbai
About the Role :
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented HRIT professional to manage SuccessFactors support, reporting, and digital HR initiatives. You will handle day-to-day configuration, data accuracy, helpdesk operations, and user enablement across key SuccessFactors modules.
Key Responsibilities :
SuccessFactors Support
- Configure and maintain modules (EC, PMGM, Learning, Recruitment).
- Coordinate with HR teams / vendors for troubleshooting, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Conduct testing and documentation.
HRIT Helpdesk
Manage and resolve user queries within SLAs.Analyse ticket trends to recommend improvements.Familiarity with ServiceNow / Freshdesk / other tools.Reporting & Analytics
Create and maintain reports and dashboards in SuccessFactors.Support audits, business reviews, and data governance.Digital HR Initiatives
Support automation, integrations, and process optimisation.Drive adoption through user training and engagement.Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with HRBPs, COEs, IT, and end users to translate needs into system solutions.Who Were Looking For :
Education : Bachelors degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
Experience :
3 to 5 years in HR technology; 2+ years in SAP SuccessFactors.Strong understanding of HR processes and digital workflows.Experience in reporting and helpdesk / ticketing tools.What’s in it for you?
