Required Minimum Experience :
- Must have 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors (support experience preferred).
- Experience in implementation of SF’s Employee Central – Service Center / Ask HR functionalities.
- Experience in designing and implementation EC Cloud Services.
- Ability to understand functional / technical specifications and analyze data and server logs.
- Ability to do any new enhancements for minimum two modules LMS, Recruitment, Onboarding and Employee Central (Service Center & Ask HR).
- Ability to solve technical issues related to SF Cloud (C4C) and SF Integration (CPI) and also be able to implement new functionalities.
- Good understanding of SAP Cloud Applications to carry out custom development on SAP C4C.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in SAP C4C, CPI and SF EC.
- Ability to implement API services and integration of SAP system with external system
- Should have good communication and documentation skills
“Must have” Technical Skills :
SAP Success Factors, LMS, IAS / IPS and interfaces knowledge.
