Job descriptionDevelop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns. Manage day-to-day activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter / X, YouTube, and emerging channels (, Threads, TikTok). Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, posts). Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and manage community interactions. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools (e. , Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics). Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to produce compelling content that resonates with target audiences. Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (optional based on experience). Stay current with trends, algorithm updates, platform features, and best practices. Coordinate with influencers or brand ambassadors for campaigns (if applicable). Manage social media budgets (if applicable) and ensure timely execution of promotions. Bachelor's / master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. 5-6 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Strong understanding of each platform's best practices and tools. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Basic graphic design skills (e. , Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus.
