Petroexcel Technology - Lead - Procurement - Electrical

Key Responsibilities :

• PR review, identify the requirement and action the same
• Coordinate with respective technical team for understanding and collecting details related to requirements
• Consolidation of common requirements following to review of PR
• Preparation of inquiry / Tender Documents as per inputs from Engineering / Facility / Operation Department and floating the same to the prequalified bidders.
• Coordination end user for vendor query resolution and response to vendors
• Comparative preparation rates, terms and conditions
• Preparing internal costing
• Preparation of NFA
• Preparation of LOA / PO after NFA approval
• Coordination with respective airport Techno Commercial Team.
• Interaction with Engineering, Estimation, Logistics, Project Management, Quality, Business Development, Human Resources, Finance & Accounts, MAAS, Taxation and Legal for Package Specific requirements
• MIS
• Procurement Strategy : Implement procurement strategies that support company goals. Ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Cost Management : Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive initiatives to reduce procurement expenses. Implement strategies to optimize procurement costs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement processes and integration with other business functions.
• Supplier Management : Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and conduct regular performance reviews. Address and resolve any supplier issues.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Monitor adherence to standards and regulations.
• Management Insights : Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on procurement best practices and strategic decisions.
• Market Awareness : Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. Use this knowledge to inform procurement strategies and decisions.
• Reporting : Prepare and present reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and other key metrics to senior management.
• Digital mindset : Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
