We are seeking a Senior Role Procurement professional to develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives. This role is crucial for ensuring cost-efficient and timely procurement of materials, managing supplier relationships, and collaborating with various departments to optimize the supply chain.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet project and business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and cost-efficiency .
- Identify, qualify, and manage key suppliers ; build strong partnerships, negotiate favorable terms, and monitor performance for quality, timeliness, and reliability.
- Oversee RFQs, supplier selection, purchase orders, customs clearance, and logistics to ensure timely and compliant material delivery to sites.
- Monitor procurement expenses , enforce cost-control measures , and optimize spend without compromising quality or timelines.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams; manage warehouse and inventory operations ; and provide regular procurement, cost, and delivery reports to leadership.
Skills Required
Expertise in developing and implementing sourcing strategies .Strong skills in supplier identification, qualification, and management .Proven ability to negotiate contracts and favorable terms.Proficiency in managing the full procurement cycle (RFQs, POs, customs, logistics).Experience in cost control and expense monitoring .Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.Knowledge of warehouse and inventory operations .Ability to generate and present procurement, cost, and delivery reportsSkills Required
