We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Analytics to lead our data-driven initiatives and transform business insights into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analytics, cloud platforms, and data visualization, combined with strong leadership skills to drive an analytics-driven culture across the organization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the analytics function, overseeing the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end data solutions.
• Drive business strategy using insights derived from large-scale data analysis, predictive modeling, and reporting tools.
• Manage and optimize cloud-based analytics infrastructure on platforms such as Azure and AWS , ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
• Architect and implement data pipelines, databases, and ETL processes using SQL , MongoDB , and other relevant technologies.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using MetaBase , Power BI , and Amazon QuickSight to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to identify analytics needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Establish best practices for data governance, quality, and analytics processes across the organization.
• Mentor and guide a team of data analysts, data engineers, and BI specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Evaluate and implement new analytics tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
