Client Partner
who can take ownership of accounts, grow revenue, and open new doors.
This is not a “maintenance” role. This is a
growth + ownership role
What You’ll Do
Own 4–6 key accounts
end-to-end : client relationships, delivery alignment, revenue targets.
Grow accounts by 20–30% YoY
through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
Open new accounts
– identify opportunities, pitch, and close new client engagements.
Build deep relationships with
CXO-level stakeholders
and position us as a strategic partner.
Lead
proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
Track account health, risks, and ensure smooth delivery with internal teams.
Act as the
voice of the client
internally, ensuring we solve real problems.
What We’re Looking For
4–8 years of experience in
account management, client partnerships, or consulting sales
Proven record of
expanding revenue within existing accounts + winning new clients
Ability to
navigate both business and tech conversations
with senior stakeholders.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Metrics-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfortable with
founder-led fast-paced environments
Someone who thrives on ownership, not hand-holding.
