Job description

Principal Job Accountabilities :

  • Performance Management (Get Results)
  • Coordinate annual goal setting, planned reviews, and final assessments as per the PMS Policy across group companies.
  • Ensure error-free data management.
  • Employee Engagement, Wellness, and Communication
  • Support a wide range of employee engagement and wellness initiatives aimed at continuously improving the employee experience.
  • Follow up with plants and sites regarding engagement wellness activities and prepare Compliance Reports.
  • Conduct and evaluate employee engagement and satisfaction surveys.
  • Organize and conduct regular meetings for employee communication across locations, ensuring 100% compliance.
  • Reward and Recognition
  • Organize and conduct various Rewards and Recognition programs across locations, ensuring compliance.
  • Maintain and track the Reward and Recognition program, ensuring 100% compliance.
  • Talent Management / Development
  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs tailored to individual and organizational development needs.
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and training programs.
  • Build and implement a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) framework for the business.
  • Map employee skill proficiency levels and design training interventions to bridge any gaps.
  • Prepare Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for identified High Potential Employees (HIPOs).
  • Assist in the adoption of flagship programs, such as Get Results, across functions and group companies.
  • Compliance Sustainability and Integrity
  • Ensure all activities under supervision comply with applicable laws and statutory requirements.
  • Operate in a socially responsible manner while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Be responsible for preventing, detecting, and reporting bribery and corruption, including breaches of the company code of conduct.
  • Ensure zero deviation from ethical standards and compliance regulations.
  • Safety, Health, and Environment Responsibilities
  • Define safety goals, develop implementation procedures, and ensure compliance with the company's safety programs.
  • Motivate employees to effectively mitigate safety risks and demonstrate visible leadership.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with safety and health regulations, with no violations.

Skills and Academic Qualifications :

  • Educational Qualifications : MBA from a premium B School.
  • Functional Skills :
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.
  • Sound understanding of HR practices and standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to manage and foster good relationships across teams.
