We are looking for an experienced Oracle Finance Costing Consultant to join our team and contribute to delivering excellence in financial transformation and cost management projects.

Role Overview :

The Oracle Finance Costing Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Financial applications with a strong focus on Cost Management and Financial Modules . This role demands a deep understanding of costing methodologies, financial processes, and Oracle ERP solutions, along with the ability to work collaboratively across functional and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Oracle Finance Costing modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Perform costing analysis, cost structure design, and financial modeling to support business decision-making.
Configure and customize Oracle applications to meet business needs and ensure seamless integration across financial systems.
Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support to enhance adoption and process efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across costing modules and related financial systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, SCM, Operations, and IT) to streamline costing and accounting processes.
Develop and maintain financial and cost performance reports and dashboards for management visibility.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in financial processes and system functionalities.

Qualifications :

Educational Background : MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA / ICWA / M.Com or equivalent.

Experience : Minimum 6+ years of consulting experience in Oracle Finance with at least 2 end-to-end implementations focused on Costing modules .

Strong understanding of accounting principles, cost accounting, and financial analytics .

Proficiency in Oracle Cost Management, Oracle Financials Cloud / EBS , and related modules.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.

Preferred Certifications : Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or equivalent.
