Product Owner

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Product Owner who has deep Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain expertise specifically within the U.S. insurance market . The candidate must have hands-on experience in both Commercial Lines (CL) and Specialty Lines (SL) . The role requires strong client-facing communication, requirements management, backlog ownership, and collaboration with functional and technical team.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary liaison with client business, underwriter, and operations stakeholders.
• Independently conduct requirement workshops, product walkthroughs, and change discussions.
• Translate business needs into clear product deliverables and roadmap priorities.
