Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Product Designer at Ultramind. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the experience and visual identity of our mental wellness platform. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered product designs grounded in research and behavioral insights.

Key responsibilities include conducting user research to understand needs and pain points, applying design thinking methodologies to craft meaningful product solutions, and developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. You will ensure consistency in visual language, contribute to UX strategy, and actively participate in product planning and feature ideation.

Collaboration is essential in this role — you will work closely with product, engineering, psychology, and content teams to bring designs from concept to execution. The ideal candidate is passionate about user psychology, empathetic in approach, data-informed in decision-making, and committed to delivering seamless, engaging experiences that promote cognitive wellness and emotional balance.

Qualifications

• Skills in Product Design and Visual Design to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
• Proficiency in Design Thinking methodologies and problem-solving techniques
• Experience in conducting User Research and UX Research to gather insights and validate designs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a remote environment
• Experience with accessibility design standards and inclusive design practices is a plus
